Following the acquisition of the Power Conversion division of ALSTOM by Magenta Participations
(now Converteam Group), on November 10, 2005, the General Meeting of shareholders of
Converteam Group, as a standalone holding company, defined a new organizational structure
for the management and control bodies by setting up a Management Board (Directoire) and a Supervisory Committee (Comité de Surveillance) and adapted the Articles of Association accordingly.
