New Graduate Engineering Program
Converteam USA’s new graduate engineering program offers recently graduated engineers with first hand insight into the global power conversion industry. Converteam graduate engineers will gain exposure to all aspects of the business and enjoy high levels of involvement and responsibility from the early stages. New graduate engineers will spend twelve months in an engineering graduate training program rotating into various departments within the organization under direct supervision. Graduates will spend time within several business activities including Engineering, Field Service, Contract Management and Test. Graduate training will focus specifically on drives, controls and automation engineering within our core markets; marine and offshore, oil and gas, process industries and energy.

Engineering Internships

If you are currently an undergraduate studying in the field of Electrical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical and are in your Sophomore, Junior or Senior year at an accredited college or university, and have a desire to learn more about the power conversion industry, we would like to discuss our internship program with you.
