• Our core services include all support needed to protect our customers’ assets and keep their critical processes running. We deliver original spare equipment and we provide technical expertise for emergency support, intervention and maintenance. Our global network of training centers offers a comprehensive range of courses on various topics, from marine propulsion and dynamic positioning through industrial drives and automation
• Converteam modernization and upgrade solutions enable state-of-the-art technologies to be injected into existing assets. Our large technology legacy (under brand names such as Alstom, GEC, AEG, Cegelec and Electric Machinery) helps us control the risks involved in migrating ageing systems towards up-to-date solutions. We also deliver high value by tailoring modernization and upgrade programs to meet customers’ exact requirements, for example by limiting plant downtime to a strict minimum or by scheduling progressive upgrades of plant segments over several years. In addition, our Rotating Machines (RM) services leverage our legacy of intellectual property in our Nancy (France), Minneapolis (USA) and Rugby (UK) factories so as to be able to refurbish and upgrade our machines with OEM standards of quality
• Contractual services enable an overall and long-term approach to maximizing the value of critical processes. We offer a wide range of customized contractual service agreements, from hotline, rapid response and remote diagnostic basic packages to multi-year comprehensive contracts, including technical support, preventive maintenance, and design and management of modernization and upgrade programs
