Until November 10, 2005, Converteam was the power conversion division of Alstom. At that date, we became an independent company with a new shareholder, Barclays Private Equity France.
As of September 29, 2008, after the closing of the second LBO operation, the shareholder structure will change and equity will be evenly distributed between (1/3 each):
- Barclays Private Equity France
- LBO France
- the Management and the employees.
