Converteam profit centers dedicated to a specific geographical area or sector of technology take full responsibility for their own results and are represented on the Management Committee. The four profit centers are Converteam SAS (France), Converteam GmbH (Germany), Converteam UK Ltd (UK) and Converteam Inc. (US).   This organization allows every Converteam unit to be close to the customer while able at the same time to call on any skills or resources from any other Converteam unit whenever needed.
