The Code of Ethics cannot possibly account for every situation and dilemma that could arise in a company as diverse as ours. However, we do need to have a Converteam frame of reference to guide each of our daily undertakings and decisions, and provide a support system to all employees with guidance as and when required to ensure we are always “doing things right”.
